The Chaldean U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Casca Organization received Dr. Luis Caro, member of the Iraqi Parliament last week in Southfield, Michigan U.S., where he was welcomed by the Messrs. Martin Manna chairman of the Chamber and Esmat Krmo head of the Organization, who stressed on the importance of this visit being his first visit to the State of Michigan , then the parties talked about our Christians’ issues in Iraq, where the MP began to explain in details the suffering our people are exposed to in homeland, particularly the serious problem of the demographic change, frustration due to unemployment and the lack of job opportunities, the migration from the country and mistrusting their future; Caro confirmed that plans and projects must be set to improve the public services that our people need. For his part, Mr. Martin expressed his willingness to cooperate in providing any services that will help in diminishing such crises. The MP was accompanied by Mr. Ghazwan member of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council.
