   The Iraqi Council of Representatives recommended the adoption of the reading presented by MP Raed Isaac Matti member of the Parliament for the Popular Council list, when discussing the subject of the assets of the displaced deposited in state banks, so that it will be adopted by the relevant parliamentary committees in order to enable the displaced to have their assets eventually.
   This came during the Council’s session held on Sunday, 08/30/2015, where the subject was listed within its agenda.
   MP Isaac and after concluding his reading asked the Council to issue a decision that would oblige the Ministry of Finance and the banks concerned to find a mechanism to enable the displaced to withdraw their assets and as quickly as possible, due to their desperate need of those assets.
   In the same context, the Council voted on the decision of immediately paying the salaries of the displaced employees, without any delay.
   The Council of Representatives had voted in its meeting on Thursday, 08/27/2015, in principle, to bind the executive bodies to pay the salaries of the displaced employees in the areas controlled by the state.
