On 21/04/2015 A delegation from the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council headed by Mr. Salim Yono Presidency member, Mr. Jameel Zito official of Erbil office and the gentlemen Sami Noah member of the Council and Amjad Abdul Ahad member of Erbil Office visited the headquarters of the Syriac Movement Assembly in Ainkawa. The delegation was received by Mr. Anwar Matti Hidayat head of the Movement and member of the provincial council of Nineveh, and Mr. Nash’at Mubarak Sliwa member of the executive body of the Movement.
During the visit the delegation presented its congratulations on the Movement’s new headquarters that was opened in Ainkawa, and then the two sides discussed general issues related to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, as well as the issues of our displaced people. The two parties praised the constructive cooperation and the strong relations between the Movement and the Council.
