   At the invitation of the Messrs Oliver Wetka member of the German Parliament and Mr. Ludger Yagrs head of the district office of the Christian Democratic Party to the Ruhr region, the official of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council bureau Mr. Kamel Zumaia Zozo participated in the works of the 47th conference of the Party. Mr. Wetka started the conference with a speech about the conditions of the Party in the Ruhr region and then talked about the meeting of the German parliament, which was held on the first of September in Berlin, and which was dedicated to the Iraqi issue and the fate of the minorities in there. Mr. Wetka expressed the conference’s solidarity with the CSA Christian people, who are exposed to killing, displacement and looting of their property in Nineveh by the terrorist groups of the so-called Islamic State "Daesh”.
   Mr. Wetka told Zumaia that “We will be with you and help you in passing your plight”,
and for his part, Zozo thanked Mr. Wetka, Mr. Yagrs and the attendees for their solidarity with our people, wishing them all the success in their conference.
   Also, on the sidelines of the conference, Zumaia met with Ms. Kiossif member of the German parliament for the ruling Christian Democratic Union.
