It is a general cultural quarterly issued by the Hezel Cultural and Social Foundation (HCSF) in Zakho. 

The magazine is divided into three sections and tackles various political, social, literary, historical and other miscellaneous topics in Kurdish, Arabic, and Syriac languages.

The connoisseur of the magazine is Mr. Sarkis Aghajan and the general supervisor is Mr. Amir Goga Yousif.
