The twenty-fourth issue of Hebbawe was released earlier this week in Iraq. Hebbawe is an Assyrian children's magazine that promotes the Syriac language. The word Hebbawe means flowers.
The magazine was founded in 2009 with the help of Sarkis Aghajan and it is circulated throughout northern Iraq.
As an adult in the diaspora, you too can use this magazine to improve your Syriac language skills!
