The club lies in the sub-District of Ba’ashiqa in Zaituna Farm. It was founded in 1June 2008 through support from Mr. Sarkis Aghajan. It has a managerial board of (7) members as follow:

-         Nashwan Matti Ablahad: head of the club

-         Kamel Hikmat Kamel: vice head

-         Rami Wa’adallah Matti: secretary

-         Ghadeer Khidr Elias: finance

-         Faiz Yousif Kareem: member

-         Hartyon Majid Abdul-Kareem: member

The club has (10) teams for men with 20 ping pong players and 10 chess players.

-         Men’s team: 4 football, 4 volleyball, 2 basketball, 20 ping pong, and 10 chess players.

-         Women: 2 volleyball

-         Football school: 50 children ranging between 11-12.
