The club lies in the village of Batnaya beside the football playground. It was established in 22 September 2007 by support from Mr. Sarkis Aghajan.

The club has a managerial board of 7 members with 13 teams for men and one for women. It represents the village of Batnaya . The club has participated in many sports activities and won many medals of varying orders.
